All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is typically:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 6–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–16 business days

  • Rest of World: 8–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless we are running a free shipping promotion.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages
