Replace & Refund Policy

At Mehron, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We accept refunds within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Replaceable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be replaced:

  • used items

  • opened or worn personal-use products

  • gift cards

  • sale or clearance items

  • customized or personalized items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at mehronteam@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging 

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Process

To start a refund or replacement, please contact us at mehronteam@gmail.com.

If your application is approved, we will provide follow ups on the whether a refund or replacement would be provided accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive your application, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, contact us at mehronteam@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
